Yutaka Gochujang is supplied in a 500g pack. This Korean chilli paste can be used in marinades, sauces and dressings, or stirred into a recipe that calls for gochujang. Start with a measured amount and adjust the finished dish to the heat and flavour balance you need. It also works as an ingredient in a separately prepared dipping sauce.
